Portfolio Export

YTD Activity Report
Includes: New investments, exits, distributions, write-offs, and tax summary for the current year. Provides cost basis, proceeds, gains/losses, and holding periods. Perfect for accountants and tax preparation.
Prior Year Activity Report
Generate comprehensive activity reports for any prior year back to your earliest investment. Includes all the same details as the YTD report but for the selected historical year. Essential for amended returns, audits, or historical tax documentation.
Import Format
CSV files should include columns: Company, Industry, Stage/Firm, Status, Date, Initial, Current, ManagementFee, CarriedInterest, TaxRate. The import process will validate and add investments to your portfolio.
